Management of Tuberculosis: A Guide to Essential Practice

The TB-CRE is delighted to recommend the 7th edition of the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease's publication; Management of Tuberculosis: A Guide to Essential Practice 2019.

The Orange Guide is the international standard in Tuberculosis Management and the 7th edition has been extensively updated, including new information on the management of persons with tuberculous infection, bacteriological diagnosis of tuberculosis, co-management of individuals with tuberculosis and certain comorbidities, treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis, active use of NTP data by service providers at all levels of the health services and the use of operational research to strengthen the quality of tuberculosis care.

TB-CRE Investigator Professor Steve Graham is an author of the guide which has become a touchstone for practice across Australia, our region, and the world.
